I am seeking employment as a Math And English Tutor for the elementary, middle school and high school levels. I have extensive tutoring experience in a variety of fields for more then 10+ years. My goal in teaching is to provide a nurturing environment that allows children to learn and grow intellectually. In my current position, I work with students that come from a variety of backgrounds. I have experience providing instruction to special education children as well as in a regular classroom. I think this diversity of training would make me a good candidate for the tutoring position. The best part of my day is always working with children on a one-to-one basis. Seeing the joy in their eyes when they finally grasp a concept is the ultimate reward that brought me to teaching in the first place. I believe that working as a tutor would keep that delight going.
