I am a graduating Biology student at the University of Ottawa with a passion for teaching. I have always loved math and have been a High School and elementary school Math tutor for the last 3 years. My goal as a tutor is to determine what exactly the barrier is and how to overcome it in order for my students to succeed. I have recently become more interested in math and learning disabilities such as ADHD and in my spare time a run a mini research project where I read about different teaching methods for learning disabilities. I believe that anyone is capable of learning math and that early success in school will set children up for later success in life.
