Hello! My name is Kendyll. I am a 4th year undergraduate student in the biopharmaceutical science program at Ottawa. I am 23 years old & currently reside Market area. I have been living in Ottawa for 4 years and I am a native English speaker. In 2013, I began teaching adaptive swimming lessons for children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old with an organization. I began as a volunteer & was later hired as a recreation assistant. I have a current ARC life guarding certification. I am still employed as a recreation assistant (2015 to present). Some examples of programs I have worked are the following: • summer day "camp" • cooking classes • adaptive aqua aerobics • one-on-one adaptive swimming lessons • boot camp • adult evening programs • dances It should be noted that I have also worked as an informal 1:1 assistant to some children during these programs. In Ottawa, I volunteeredfrom 2015 to 2017. In 2017, I was awarded the "volunteer of the year" award & the "long term commitment" award.
