I grew up with my Aunt Maddie who lived with Down Syndrome although I was not the primary caregiver. I would love to drive to activities, spend time with someone who wants to be active, get exercise, go to movies, and concerts, out to eat. My experience is limited so far but I have awareness but am willing to learn because all people are different. Also able to help with grocery shopping, errands, laundry etc. if the person is in an independent living situation.
