Hi there, My name is Bethany. My experience is a mixture of personal and paid. My little brother has autism and ADHD. I myself have ADHD. Which makes me fun and relatable. I did all the classes growing up to learn how to be supportive and interact appropriately. I was friends with the children in special needs classes and would volunteer to help out. I didn't see them as special needs, I saw them as friends. When I was running my own daycare I had a child with sensory processing and motor development delays. I have worked with children who use G-tube, AFO's, communication tablets, baby sign and more. I pick things up quickly and I'm more than happy to learn!
