I have experience working with an 11 year old boy with high end autism as a respite worker as well as a 21yr old male with varying disabilities. I was responsible for encouraging activities and taking part in social groups within his community. I have also worked with a couple seniors with various special needs. I believe all people are equally entitled to thrive in whatever ways possible. I have flexibility throughout the week but am currently not offering weekend availability at this time.
