I am a dedicated and loving wife, and mother of 2 teens and I work full-time as a public servant. My first career was working as a PSW in northern Ontario. Working for a non-profit organization which provides a live-in complex with 24 hour care, as well as outreach services to elderly and disabled individuals within the community. Our family moved to Ottawa in 2011, I continued to provide care full-time to my local community through outreach care service providers. I made the decision to pursue a different career to provide more stability to my children on evenings and weekends. Now that they are teens, have jobs and friends, I find myself with more time to give others. I’m hoping to provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with running errands to elderly and/or disabled individuals in my community. I am available in the evenings after 5pm and on weekends, I am flexible within those time constraints.
