Ron has been working with my 97 year old wife in her terminal stage of dementia for over 3 years and half. He is wonderful. He is very flexible and accommodating and empathetic to his patient's needs. He has been the main live-in caregiver and managed all the household and my wife's needs and also managed and performed scheduling other caregivers who were working part time. He is great in assessing a patient's situation and preparing the care plan. He is a great caregiver who is compassionate and feels everything as a family member and at the same time works professionally in his job. He is a good cook and also great in trouble shooting with my computer and he has been all the time available for helping me enthusiastically in all these 3.5 years of dealing with my wife's condition.
