I'm currently a community PSW. I visit the client's home to assist individuals with personal care, companionship, and meal preparation. I help with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. This ensures the care recipient's hygiene and comfort needs are met. I also provide friendly companionship and engage the client in activities they enjoy. This could include playing games, watching TV together, reading together, 30 minutes walking, or simply having conversations. These will help alleviate loneliness and boredom. I can plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals for the care. And this guarantees the client has access to proper nutrition.
