Way back in my country I did home care services with clients that has referred me to them from my previous employer. I came here as a caregiver and now work as a careaide. My experiences varies with newborn care (mother and child as a midwife) companionship, night care attendant, and to more delicate cases like MS to spinal cord injury, I also have clients in palliative care. I have a good way of coordinating care, train caregivers , communicate with other healthcare team if necessary. I work with very minimal supervision, attend to my job as well as I could and make sure I get it done right.
