I have 14+ years of experience working with seniors. I have worked as an Activities Coordinator in a long-term care setting where I have planned and provided recreational opportunities to meet the social, emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual needs of seniors. I love to help seniors find the fun again...from daily tasks to special events...it's all about harnessing motivation and building on success! I have a particular talent and extensive experience working with seniors with dementia. I am an experienced meal helper and have the patience to help the elderly enjoy and eat a meal when they are unable to do it on their own. Aside from my professional experience, I am a mother of two teenaged boys, married for 18 years and have worked for the same employer for 18 years.
