I have owned and been around all type of animals my whole life. Between my family and myself, I'm sure we've owned more than 35 animals. This list includes: cats, dogs, rabbits, ferrets, turtles, lizards, iguana, snake, fish, parakeet birds and love birds. I've house sat and baby sat many of my friends animals too which include some of the same I've already listed as well as hamsters, a grey cockatiel and a parrot. I've been in doggie obedience classes and read a lot of literature on dogs and dog training. I've both adopted and fostered for a pit bull rescue centre in BC called Hugabull. I've owned small dogs to big dogs and aggressive and non aggressive breeds and temperaments. My pit bull was an "aggressive breed" but was never aggressive in any way shape or form. My family Chow however was. I've had a little Yorkshire Terrier, a red Doberman, and many sizes of mixed breeds. I've always been a huge animal fanatic and love learning new things about them and seeing their unique personalities through interacting with them. I have dog training experience. My training style is positive reinforcement training using a clicker, treats and toys.
