I have worked within the cleaning industry going on 7 years. I started with no experience and worked my way up to even training the new staff to clean to my previous companies standards (which were pretty high) and was asked to step in as team lead fairly often. I was taught to be extremely detailed oriented in a set time frame and it’s always an added bonus when clients become like family!
