I was a child and youth worker In a residential group home and classroom setting for 5 years working with youth ages 12-21. I have up to date CPR first aid training, as well as CPI (crisis prevention and intervention) training, and ABA training for children with mild autism. I also have AODA certificate and WHMIS. I worked as a nanny on two separate occasions for six month contracts caring for a child seven yrs old and a baby 10 months old. My second placement I cared for two babies one, one and half years old the other 8 months old. I have TEFOL certificate to teach English as a second language. and spent 6 months in Colombia teaching children ages 6-17. I speak Spanish and enjoy languages if your children are learning languages. I enjoy cooking for others. I love dogs, do notmind cats I have allergies to guniea pigs, mice, gerbils.
