Hi, I’m Mikayla. I’m a university student at Laurier but enjoy spending my summers doing any kind of childcare I can! I’ve been babysitting my cousins and many neighbourhood children since I was 12 years old. I have also been employed at a daycare looking after toddlers in summer of 2022. And from September 2021 until March 2022 i was an in home nanny for a newborn 50 hours a week. Will be fun, outgoing and your kids best friend, but will also not tolerate bad behaviour and will discipline within what parents find appropriate. I have a lot of experience with baby’s and young children, and overall would love hanging out with them everyday. Along with that I have many years experience with children with special needs from volunteering at various sports and arts camps through Move Ability. I love animals too! They’re the other child!
