The personal qualities that I believe resemble me are that I am very organized and dependable, highly motivated and maintains a positive attitude, strong interpersonal and team work skills, responsible and capable of working unsupervised, energetic and enthusiastic, and outgoing and friendly. I have a huge passion for children especially the bond that I create with the children that I babysit for. The past five summers I have worked for the City of London Day camps as a day camp counsellor and last summer I was hired as a camp coordinator. Being a camp coordinator gave me the opportunity to practice the skills I already have as well as gain more skills. I learned how to plan activities for children ages 4-6, communicated with parents in a professional and positive manner, and I learned how to quickly adjust and respond to various circumstances, and maintain a strong working relationship within a team environment. I am eager to take the knowledge and skills that I have learned through all the experiences I have had and apply them as a babysitter for your family. I believe that the personal qualities and traits that I have will make me a great fit with your family.
