Hello, I have over 15 years of experience working with a variety of children and families, and have my Early Childhood Education diploma. I have worked as a Mother's Helper, Nanny, In-home Daycare Provider and Babysitter. With all of these roles, I have always built relationships with the family and provided quality care for the children. I am passionate about Respectful childcare- I think it's important that children are treated with the same respect we treat adults with, while still maintaining boundaries. I think we can provide guidance and direction while still allowing children to assert themselves. I am comfortable in many different environments, and am able to adapt my practices to meet the needs of the families I serve. I have worked with newcomer families, and in EarlyON Centres, and really enjoy connecting with the families I care for. I have a current CPIC, First Aid/CPR, up-to-date immunizations, and access to my own car.
