Hi there, I have just successfully finished my first year of Early Childhood Education at Douglas College earning an honour roll standing. I am returning in September to complete my full diploma. In the meantime, I would love to put my newly-acquired skills to practice and spend the spring and summertime doing what I'm passionate about- educating and caring for children as a certified Responsible Adult (ECEA license pending in early April). I believe my commitment to education (my own, and the children’s), my past volunteer experience, and my own wonderful adventure raising a happy toddler makes me confident in my abilities to care for children. - Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C - Patient, creative, dependable, with great attention to detail. - Understanding and familiarity with first aid administration, including children and infants. - Experience with daycare and preschool curriculum, structure, and activities. - Bilingual- fluent in both English and Russian. - Team player with the ability to maintain a positive and healthy, and safe environment. - CRRP and local RCMP police clearance - Proof of negative TB test results, fully immunized, and in great health.
