Growing up in a large family gave me the chance to be involved in childcare from a young age. As the older sibling, I often found myself helping to care for my younger siblings. These experiences taught me valuable lessons in responsibility, patience, and empathy. I vividly remember the joy of watching my youngest sibling take their first steps or hearing their infectious laughter as we played together. Despite the occasional challenges, such as managing temper tantrums or resolving sibling conflicts, the bond formed through caregiving was incredibly rewarding. As I got older, I began babysitting for family friends, and neighbors, which further honed my childcare skills. Each experience taught me new insights and showed me the importance of adaptability and creativity in engaging children and meeting their needs.
