I have a Masters in Education and for five years, I have been professionally working with children, both in childcare settings and public schools. In my most recent role within private childcare, I created a secure and positive learning atmosphere for children in their homes. This involved not only preparing nutritious meals and snacks but also organizing various activities and outdoor experiences to enhance their overall development. I maintained a CPR level C certificate and stayed up to date with the most recent educational and care practices. Most importantly, keeping a safe and clean environment with constant supervision of the children. Through crafts, role-playing, and outdoor exploration, I taught across multiple subjects such as language, math, art, and science. I have excelled in individualized care plans, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. Taking the lead in activities and care plans, I successfully create positive connections with teams, parents, and the children under my care.
