I have just finished my first year of the 2-year post-grad teacher education program at Brock University (intermediate/senior with teachables in French & mathematics). I have an Honours Bachelor degree from the University of Waterloo. I have one year of tutoring and teaching experience and will be finishing my teaching practicum with the Waterloo Region District School Board in May. I am vaccinated (receiving my 2nd dose in June). I am looking to provide nannying services to a family or two families in KW. I will provide childcare, light housekeeping and cooking services, as well as personalized academic/learning activities to help children catch up from the year of disruption in schools due to COVID-19. I am also very outdoorsy and active and a non-smoker. I am looking for anywhere between 15-30 hours per week. This is an ideal opportunity for not only parents who require childcare to be away from home to work, but also for the work-from-home parent(s) who need would like their children and house cared for as they work.
