Hi! My name is Alex and I’m a 23-year-old McGill graduate in music and education. I am a very compassionate person who loves being around people. I am also very easy-going, organized, and hard-working. I have been playing the violin since the age of four and it is still a very important part of my life. I have also always had a love for theatre, sports, and outdoor activities. I have taken care of children of all ages. My number one priority when taking care of a child is to make sure they feel comfortable with me. In order for a child to learn and have fun with their caregiver, they must first have a base of trust. I teach violin privately and work as a substitute teacher for all ages. Because of my background in education, I offer a unique position. I can care for your children/ home and also confidently tutor/teach them any given subject area if wanted. I’ve been a musician for 20 years and have taught music for the last 10 years. During my time with your children, I can develop their musical abilities, no matter what age or level. I speak English, Spanish and French fluently
