Looking for someone to stay in our home with our 2 dogs. Dalmatian and lab mix

Both dogs are well trained.
1 would need minimally a long walk every day.
Our lab mix is older and often prefers to just snuggle.
They are ok to be alone for 6-8 hours as long as they have been taken out etc prior to this.
Both dogs are very sweet, but are reactive on leash with other dogs.
Would like someone who is comfortable with dog behaviour and comfortable with staying with them for the period we will be gone for. This could potentially lead to other jobs with our dogs, as we enjoy travelling and would like the consistency for them.
