About the Role:

You’ll support Parker — a purpose-driven entrepreneur based in Kelowna — with day-to-day home management, healthy meals, and personal assistant tasks. The home is ~3,000 sq. ft., calm, clean, and welcoming.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Daily tidying, laundry, light cleaning, and organizing
- Managing pantry, household inventory, and supplies
- Preparing clean, nutritious meals (mostly vegan/plant-based)
- Grocery shopping and occasional errands
- Online ordering
- Light scheduling or appointment booking
- Airport pickups and local drives when needed

*Responsibilities*
Personal Assistance
- Maintaining personal and family calendars
- Coordinating communications and schedules with client’s business team
- Email inbox management
- Coordinating personal travel requirements, with aid of travel agent
- Managing personal and household purchasing requirements and returns
- Managing marketplace sales of items
- Managing 1 long-term rental suite in the home
- Personal errands as required
- Scheduling vehicle repairs and maintenance
*Household Management*
- Regular house cleaning and tidying
- Regular dishes and kitchen cleaning
- Semi-regular deep cleaning and organization projects
- Laundry duties
- Basic household maintenance
- Creating and maintaining organized storage and closets
- Managing storage of seasonal items between home and off-site storage
- Coordinating household repairs as required

- Estimated 15 to 20 hours a week depending on workload
- Flexible scheduling and hours. Preference to have working hours in the mornings and/or afternoons with a consistent schedule that does not change week to week. (Example: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 2pm).
- Reliable personal vehicle required, to be reimbursed on agreed per km basis
