Will need care appropriately 3 days a week and these days vary but I have 6 weeks in advance notice. my spouse works 6am-3:30pm and 2pm-11:30pm he rotates. 5.5 hours and 9.5 hours needed for care. I will need care in my home for my daughter while I sleep, and shift change over for when my spouse and my shifts, need care while they over lap. Our daughter has been on a waitlist for childcare since before she was even born. Looking for childcare for September only, whatever form that may be. Up to 10 hrs a day but could be anywhere from 5-10 hrs. Either a nanny/babysitter (students are welcome) or day home/daycare. She is a very energetic girl and loves to be outside and on the move. She has one nap a day (12-2) and is able to feed herself.
