We are looking for a reliable, nurturing care provider for our family starting immediately in Cowichan (Sahtlam area). We have three kids (1, 3, 5 years old) and are looking for full-time Monday-Friday in-home care.
The successful applicant must meet the following requirements:
Childcare Experience: At least 6 months of full-time training in a childcare program (ex. ECE) OR a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
Infant CPR and first aid training
Criminal record check
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (will be reimbursed per km for driving with kids to/from activities and school).
Fluent in English

Duties include:
Actively engage with children in educational and social activities within the home and community
Provide a loving and nurturing environment for the children
Supervise and care for children (weekdays between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Drop off and pick up at school
Prepare meals

Need a caregivers for one on one childcare.
Please note, that we are looking for more than one extra set of hands due to availabilities and kids personality preferences.
Ideally you would have a few years of experience and A LOT of energy. The kids are very sweet, have language delays and require constant supervision when out. Eloping (bolting) has been concern in past.
Activities:
Swimming, bike, ice skating.. Anything off the property, they just want to explore.
During the summer we are more able for hour flexibility, once the school year starts then afternoons would be highly desirable for care.
