Within the school I worked in a classroom with a wide range of special needs. Predominantly the children were on the Autism spectrum to varying degrees, a lot of children had additional needs such as ADHD, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy and epilepsy. I assisted with classroom tasks, kept children engaged in activities, as well as helping with care on a personal level.
