I love Maths and Physics, and I enjoy showing people how cool these subjects are. I hold a Bachelor of Science (Quantum Physics) from the University of Melbourne. I’m currently in my second year of my Master of Teaching where I will become a secondary teacher and can talk about maths all day. Through my years of tutoring I have encountered a variety of students, as everyone learns differently I have had to adapt my teaching methods in a variety of ways. If you're dealing with "roadblocks" in learning maths, I'm sure I will be able to get you on the right track with my tips and tricks for learning how to learn. My aim is to help students become independent learners and increase their confidence in maths and physics through positive reinforcement. In my 5 years of tutoring, I've discovered that having people fully understand a concept and being able to reapply it to the real world is the best way to learn. So that is what I aim to do in my sessions. I also provide constructive feedback and regular monitoring of progress to ensure my students achieve their goals.
