Hi, I’m Marie Sweet and I’m currently a registered primary school teacher/home school teacher to my two beautiful girls aged 4 years old and 11 month old. I am homeschooling my 4 year old daughter kindergarten. I have a great play based home school set up in which we have 2-3 days a week where we do kindergarten. I set up various activities to prepare for Prep in number, counting, sounds, letters, reading, oral language, music, visual arts, science, history and technology. It is based on readiness and a natural progression in learning. Each week we focus on a new number and letter/sound. My main objective is to instill a lifelong love of learning and to build inner confidence and self esteem in their own ability. My children take part in shaping our activities as I am led by their interests and passions. I am available to help tutor or home school your children.
