I am a university qualified primary school teacher from Ireland. I have over 4 years teaching experience in Ireland and Australia. I am familiar with the Australian curriculum and have a wide range of teaching experience including in-school specialist language and mathematics support teaching, class teaching and individual/group tutoring. I am very passionate about teaching. I strive to inspire a love of learning in my students and support them in achieving their full potential. My teaching approach is centred in positive reinforcement and the principle of progress over perfection. I believe the tutoring experience should be fun for both teacher and student and should motivate children to take ownership and pride in their learning.
