I am currently enrolled in Master of Njrsing Practice and already eligible to work as Assistant in Nursing. I am staying in Granville. I am working as Practitioner's assistant in clinic. I do have work experience as student nurse in Gloucester Soldier Memorial Hospital, NSW where i have following duties and responsibilities. • Taking and recording a patient’s Vital Signs. • Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as showering, grooming, dressing and toileting. • Serving meals to patients and monitoring their eating habits. • Determining the patient’s needs. • Assessing pressure area, pain and falls risk of the patients. • Assisting with lifting, positioning and transporting patients from one to another using safe manual handling techniques. • Keeping patient’s room and equipment neat, tidy and orderly. • Observing a resident’s health concerns and reporting abnormalities to the charge nurse. • Generally assisting with patient’s overall comfort. • Updating patient’s records. Back in my hometown also I used to work as Registered Nurse.
