I have extensive experience working in special needs schools and early education settings supporting children aged 0-18 years of age with a range of different disabilities. I am also a qualified Yoga teacher who has taught adapted Yoga to children with disabilities in Special Schools. I enjoy supporting people who have mental health needs, helping them with daily life and to find peace through Yoga and mindfulness. I am a kind hearted and caring person who enjoys caring for children and supporting adults in any way that I can.
