I first started working in childcare when i was 19! Over the past 15+ years I have gained a wide variety of experience ranging from; - Childcare setting with up to 30 children a day in the room - working with all ages from 6 weeks to 5 years. Planning and implementing various activities and experiences within the EYLF framework. - Support Work - Helping a wide variety of families on NDIS with a large variation of additional needs. Too much to mention but happy to chat further about your specific needs! - Babysitting, both once off / casual shifts when families have events etc. - engaging in child led play and activities, following family routines and doing household duties and tasks - Nannying - Building a strong bond / connection with not only the children but also their parents / carers and extended family. Planning and implementing activities / learning experiences, following and helping to set routines as the child/ren grow. Whilst also helping to maintain the household - general cleaning + tidying, laundry, shopping, meal planning + prepping etc.
