I have worked across the disability sector in England for 9 years, I have experience working with autistic adults specialising in challenging behaviour and mental health and also across a residential setting for deaf teenagers and young adults. I have also worked closely with individuals with epilepsy, Down syndrome, fragile X and MS. I feel very strongly about each individual having tailored care to meet their needs and enjoy getting to know people and seeing what I can do to help improve their quality of life during my time working with them.
