When I was 11 I worked with my parents at their Pet Shop for 7 years from opening 7.30am to closing 10pm Monday-to-Monday, full time during holidays, part-time during school season, caring for customers' dogs, prescribed medicine, weighed pet food, cleaned the store, shelves, bird cages and aquariums.
