I am a fit 24 year old who is currently employed as an Animal Attendant at the AWLQ, Coombabah where I care for dogs, cats, birds and pocket pets. My daily duties include of husbandry, behaviour assessments and monitoring, monitoring health and providing treatments, food preparation and provision, and enrichment. I am also currently studying a Cert III Companion Animals and have completed a Cert IV Captive Animal Management where I have experience in zoos with native and exotic animal species. I love spending time with animals and believe enrichment is a big part of their general well-being. I like to ensure they are treated like part of the family and have plenty of fun whilst doing so! I have an American Staffy who is a part of my family and who gets out for walks every day. I am familiar with all breeds and sizes and comfortable with different behaviour types.
