I've always immediately connected with animals because they are very good judges of character hence why I've never had a bad job interview between myself and the animals I've been entrusted to care for. I grew up with animals in my childhood in the inner west of Sydney and quickly came to appreciate how the simple things in life brought great joy. Whether I was mucking around with my dog or patting someone else's, I found being around animals was the one of the most positive experiences I encountered. In 2014 I began house sitting for other people's animals including dogs, cats and birds and I enjoyed the responsibility of ensuring they got the best care possible so they wouldn't feel out of place while their owners were gone. Seeing the difference you can make in the personality and behaviour of an Animal that has experienced good care and understanding is the brightest part of my role as an Animal Butler.
