I have been working in the customer service industry for over six years where I have been interacting with a variety of customers, identifying their needs and working effectively in a team environment. For the past two years I have been studying a bachelor of nursing as I have always had a passion in helping others. I feel empowered being able to offer assistance and support to those around me. Another of many reasons I am pursing this career change is so I can broaden my knowledge and challenge myself while making a difference in the community at the same time. I am ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated. I currently nanny and household help a family of five. I cook dinner every night, wash, fold, iron all clothes and pack away. I clean house daily which includes dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Bathrooms are always kept imaulate. If I ever finishes all my jobs I will always find something to clean, for example fridge and pantry. I also regularly do a household grocery shop.
