Hi there, My name is Sheronne. I have worked in the childcare industry for 9 years, in that time I have worked with children aged 0-12years as a Nanny, Room leader in a long day care service, and centre director of a Before and After school care service. I hold a diploma in Early childhood education and care. I have recently completed a bachelor in speech hearing and language sciences and am currently enrolled at UON in an honours degree of Speech Pathology. My focus is to discover and enhance the special qualities in every child, develop self-esteem through positive interactions and develop trust, respect and open communication with parents. While I am recognised as an educator of children, my motivation is the care and wellbeing of the whole family.
