I have numerous childcare years, starting from when I was only 14 introduced into babysitting, the oldest of 6 (and only girl) helped me develop a maternal nature which I love. One of my brothers has autism so I am very familiar with children with additional needs. I then went into afterschool care of children in a group setting. This ranged from 4-12 years, I loved working in the afterschool as everyday was different! Different activities everyday and conversations with the little people! After my time at the afterschool I went into private childcare for a family. I worked with this family for two years looking after a newborn and a 2 year old to begin with. I had school drop off, naps, feedings, and daily activities to do.
