I moved to Sydney from Canberra 6 years ago to commence my university studies at UNSW. I studied a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and worked in the field for 1.5 years. During my time working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist I worked closely with children and decided to pursue my dream of becoming a Primary School teacher. I am currently undergoing my 1st year of studying a Master of Primary Teaching at the University of Sydney. I believe that I have an extremely energetic, highly motivated and driven personality. I am very passionate about exercise, and physical and mental health. I have previously worked and undergone placements for University with a range of populations, these included adolescents with chronic mental health disorders and intellectual disabilities, including special needs. In addition, I am currently also working at St. Catherines School. Moving interstate at 17 years old after completing Year 12 at Canberra Girls Grammar, for university has meant that I am extremely independent and would make the perfect nanny. My educators, previous employers and peers have commended me for my high level of interpersonal skills and naturally engaging personality.
