I have worked as a babysitter for over ten years and have looked after children from 1 month old to fifteen years of age. I am currently studying Medicine at UOW. I have spent a year volunteering in primary schools in South Africa and Colombia, teaching physical education and english. I have previously involved in a mentor programs including Teach Learn Grow and True Blue dreaming which involved both mentoring and tutoring children in rural areas (primary and high school levels). I worked as a swim teacher and sports coach for primary school aged childrem. I have a sport science degree and have worked with children both with or without a physical/ mental disability to improve their physical literacy and enjoyment in sport. I have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality. I love to help children invent new activities so that they can play and learn. I love to cook, dance and go on adventures. I love the outdoors and all kinds of sports and consider outside play essential for all children. I have my senior first aid certification, working with children’s check and police clearance.
