I am a 24 year old with lots of childcare experience. I have been babysitting from a young age with a lot of experience specifically with special educational needs, an initial interest in this area was sparked with a brother who is 10 years younger than me with additional needs. I went on to complete a degree in psychology, alongside this I worked part time in a special needs school. I also completed a placement year in a special educational needs setting. Upon completing university I did nanny work for a couple of families ages ranging from 1 up to teens. I then went on to work in another secondary special needs school. Upon my arrival to Australia I worked as an au pair for a family on the North Shore for 4 months where I lived in and helped with a 9 year old boy.
