Hi, I am Maija, a 27 year old woman originally from Finland, but now residing on the Northern Beaches of Sydney with my partner (I'm on a Bridging Visa, with full unlimited work rights). I have just graduated as a Bachelor of Social Services - this means, I've got vast theoretical knowledge of supporting people, children and adults alike, in different phases and situations in life! I am very enthusiastic and passionate about working with and supporting people. Other experience than my degree include working at an after school care program, and a youth foster home. I have always gotten along with kids very well, and they seem to have a natural liking towards me - I am happy, energetic, youthful, yet a trustworthy adult. I am artistic and sporty, and love solving problems on my feet. I have my Working with Children Check, National Police clearance and First Aid & CPR certificates all in check!
