Hello I am Madelin, I am a 21 year old Female. I have worked in the child care industry for 5 years from ages 18months to 6 years old. I have done nannying for a family for 4 years so I do understand the expectations and needs of a young family with ages ranging between newborn +. I am bright, respectful, caring and loving. I enjoy engaging with children hands on interactive play for example creative arts, sensory, water play and outdoor activities. I am firm but fair when it comes to boundaries and I will work within the families discipline. I do have my own vehicle.
