My years of experience comes from being a big sister in a large family with a variety of ages. I absolutely love spending time with children and making a little fun out of time spent with them. If they are smiling, laughing and know they are cared for then I know I am doing my job well. I have worked over a year and a half as a teacher's aide for kindergarten and year 1 student's and special care for children with special needs.
