Child care has involved demonstrating responsibility and patience as well as fun and creativity. I’m able to supervise and monitor the safety of children in my care in addition to preparing meals and organising snack times for them. I am currently undertaking the first year of my degree in primary education. As such, I have excellent time management skills and am able to work independently. I have partaken in placements at various primary schools in the Knox area, most recently having spent a week with a grade 1 class. Good communication skills and patience have been integral parts of this experience.
