Hi Families! My name is Katey, I am a 24 year old Early Childhood Education & Care student. I have 6 years childcare experience & have recently moved back to Victoria after 2 years in the Northern Territory as a Nanny on a cattle station (2017) & a Teacher's Aide at small primary school (2018). Before moving to the NT I worked for many families in Melbourne as a babysitter who are happy to provide references. I plan to complete my Early Childhood studies this year and commence a primary teaching degree at uni in 2020. In previous positions my role has included providing care, educational & just-for-fun games and activities, day trips (park, pool, movies, zoo, museum etc.), school pick up/drop off, after school activities and classes, homework help, preparing meals for kids (plus Mum & Dad if wanted), cleaning up after children, laundry, dishes etc. Also happy to discuss other household duties if required.
