In 2015 I began volunteering in my local childcare centre, over the span of the 2 years while I continued schooling I used my holidays and work experience hours to build up knowledge in childcare so I could get a job and manage to secure my dream career. In my final year of schooling I left to begin my first full time job in childcare where I was taught how to handle children of all ages, behavioral abilities and how to handle children from all walks of life. Over the course of my childcare journey, I have secured all my first and and anaphylaxis training as well as my full, paid blue card. At this point I am studying my Diploma in Child Studies to further my knowledge and understanding of children's minds. (I am also a mother to 3 kids!)
