I have been a cub scout (8-10yrs) leader for over 5 years. I have a 3 yr old neice I see quite regularly. I believe children should be able to choose to be friends with the nanny and that the nanny respects the child and vice verser. Where I with at the moment in a supermarket, p arents line up in my line for me to see their kids coz i entertain them and let the children be a part of the packing process.
